Introducing Steelastic’s range of retrofittable Hydraulic E-Die’s for 6”, 8” & 10” dies. Initiated from the 
HMI, Steelastic patented E-dies are opened, closed and clamped automatically, eliminating the need for operators to remove die clamping bolts with pneumatically assisted tooling, and significantly reducing the time to change over cord and compound, providing increased productivity and fast investment payback.
The range of Hydraulic E-dies are fully retrofittable to existing Steelastic steel belt, steel and textile body ply, and steel and textile cap strip systems.
