BEAD APEX APPLICATION SYSTEM
A Unique Concept for the Production of Bead Apex Assemblies
The Steelastic® Bead Apex Application System is designed to automatically extrude, form and apply a rubber apex shape onto the outside periphery of a tire bead. The system utilizes a special forming technique and applies it to the bead with automatic cutting, splicing, automatic bead loading and unloading.
The Bead Apex System has the following benefits:
